Player Wellbeing

A player's performance isn't just about physical training — it's also about overall wellbeing. Factors like stress, sleep quality, mood, hydration, and muscle fatigue can directly impact readiness and recovery. Research in sports science highlights the importance of tracking these indicators to prevent burnout, reduce injury risk, and optimize long-term performance.

With PERFUT, monitoring player wellbeing is simple and data-driven. By gathering regular self-reports, you can identify trends, address concerns early, and ensure each player gets the support they need. Here's how it works:

1. Set the Wellbeing Questions

Choose the key wellbeing factors you want to track. By default, the system includes stress, sleep, mood, hydration, tiredness, and muscle soreness — but you can customize this list to fit your team's needs.

2. Collect Responses via the Player App

Player app

Players scan a QR code to link their profile to the team in the Player App. Once connected, the system automatically sends the wellbeing questionnaire within the timeframe you set. Players also receive push notifications to remind them to complete their responses on time.

3. Monitor Results

Instantly access reports that highlight individual and team wellbeing trends. Spot potential issues before they affect performance and make informed decisions to adjust training, recovery, or support strategies.
